“Mopsy” Benefit Day

BENEFIT DAY – Peter (Mopsy) O’Shaughnessey

The Uraidla Bowling Club is holding a “Mopsy” day on Sunday 28th November 2021

Mopsy is a highly respected and valued Life Member of our Club and has been encumbered with an incurable illness.
We are having an all day event commencing at 10.00am and concluding about 4.00pm
Invitations are extended to all Hills Bowling Association Clubs, the Hills Football League, and some of Mopsy’s close mates.

The days arrangements are:
• $30 entry fee
• Steak sandwich and chips available all day (included in entry fee).
• Names in a hat for rinks of 4 for each of many 6 end games.
• Novice bowlers welcome.
• You can arrive and enter any time throughout the day (cost is the same)
• Rolling Stones music will be piped through the PA all day (Mopsy has their tattoo on his calf !)
• Raffles will be held throughout the day
• Donation tin on the bar.

We have room for about 200 people – 60 on the green, 100 under the pergola and 40 in the dining room at any one time.

ALL PROFIT FROM THE DAY WILL BE DONATED TO THE MOPSY FUND.
